Kelley is responsible for the leasing activity for the owned and managed properties in Southern California, including the creation of the annual leasing budgets and for each center as well as the development of the strategic merchandising plans. She also is a key part of the Southern California acquisitions team. Kelley is a graduate of Cazenovia College and is an active member of ICSC.
