 Denise is responsible for the redevelopment of Monroe Mall, a 500,000 square foot regional shopping center in Monroe, NC and University Mall, a 366,000 square foot regional center in Chapel Hill, NC. In addition, Denise is part of the leasing team for Mt. Pleasant Towne Centre, The Shops at Canal Place in New Orleans, and other redevelopment projects.
Denise is a Senior Certified Marketing Director (SCMD) with a Real Estate Broker’s license in North Carolina, South Carolina and Louisiana. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Virginia Polytechnic Institute at Blacksburg, Virginia.
